● Competitor Membership: A flexible option for individuals who enjoy
regular play. This membership provides access to the facility, open play
(for a small fee), and court reservations.

● VIP Couple Membership: This VIP membership, exclusive for couples,
provides unlimited access to the facility, including free open play, court
reservations, events discounts on lessons, and much more.

● VIP Individual Membership: This VIP membership provides unlimited
access to the facility, including free open play, court reservations, events
discounts on lessons, and much more.

Additionally, we offer a daily guest pass for non-members or individuals who
want to enjoy the facility for a day. See our membership page for guest fees and

Senior Open play- Fridays from 6-9pm, Join our Senior Open play
Pickleball group exclusively for members age 55 and over. This is a great
opportunity to stay active, enjoy the game, and meet fellow players in a
welcoming environment.

Senior Free Friday-Fridays from 11-1pm, Join a fun and free event for
pickleball players aged 55 and up! Whether you’re an experienced player or new
to pickleball, this event is designed for all skill levels to have fun and play! No
membership needed!

We no longer prorate memberships. Memberships are billed from the
month you begin, and future payments will align with your start date, even if you
start mid-month.

All current members will be set to the Competitor Membership starting February 1 unless we receive authorization to either cancel or upgrade your membership. If you wish to change your membership type or cancel, please emails us at info@amarillonetplex.com .

To cancel your membership, please contact our team at info@amarillonetplex.com.  You can also visit the facility in person.

Yes, there is a $10/$5 per hour court reservation fee for the member who
reserves the court.The fee can be shared among all members added to the
reservation. For example, the $5 fee divided by 4 players would be $1.25 a
player. VIP members are excluded from court reservation fees.

● VIP members: Free access.

● Fanatic Members: Free access.

● Competitor Members: $5 fee.

● Guests: $10 fee.

Court reservation fees are separate from open play fees.

Cancel your reservation via the Court Reserve app.

● Competitor Members: Cancel at least 6 hours before your reservation to
avoid a cancellation fee.

● Fanatic Members: Cancel at least 3 hours before your reservation to
avoid a cancellation fee.

● VIP Members: Cancel at least 1 hour before your reservation to avoid a
cancellation fee.

We offer a VIP Couple membership for a domestic partnership, with both
individuals living in the same household and having no familial connection. You
can also add a child to this membership essentially covering your entire family.

Yes! Contact us if you’d like to upgrade or switch your membership, and
we’ll be happy to assist.

The reservation fee helps maintain the facility and manage demand, ensuring high-quality service during peak hours.

Non-members can reserve a court, but additional fees apply. We recommend becoming a member for the best value.

Current members are exempt from the initiation fee. This fee only applies
to new members joining Amarillo Netplex after January 1, 2025.

If you need to take a break due to an injury, please reach out, and we’ll
work with you on the best way forward while you recover.
