We offer two primary membership options:

● Fanatic Membership: This premium membership provides unlimited access to the facility, including free open play, priority court reservations, and discounts on lessons, events and much more. Check out our membership page to learn more about the Fanatic Membership and its benefits.

● Competitor Membership: A flexible option for individuals who enjoy regular play. This membership provides access to the facility and open play (for a small fee) as well as court reservations. Check out our membership page to learn more about the Competitor Membership and its benefits.

In addition to these memberships, we also offer a daily guest pass for non-members or individuals who want to enjoy the facility for a day. See the membership page for guest fees and
reservations.

We no longer prorate memberships. Your membership will be billed from the month you begin your membership, and subsequent payments will be due on the same day each month. This means that even if you start mid-month, your membership will be charged for the full month, and future bills will align with the start date.

All current members will be set to the Competitor Membership starting February 1 unless we receive authorization to either cancel or upgrade your membership. If you wish to change your membership type or cancel, please contact us prior to this date to ensure the update is processed.

To cancel your membership, please contact our team at info@amarillonetplex.com to process your cancellation. Alternatively, you can visit the facility in person to complete the cancellation.

Yes, there is a $10/$5 per hour court reservation fee for the member who reserves the court. This fee helps maintain the facility and manage the growing demand for court time.

However, only the person who reserves the court is responsible for the fee. If you choose to add other members to your reservation, the court fee can be shared and divided among all members listed on the reservation.

If you reserve a court for $10/$5 per hour and add 3 additional members to your reservation (for a total of 4 members), the court reservation fee can be divided equally among all members.

For example:

● The total court reservation fee is $10/$5 per hour.

● If you have 4 members on the reservation, the fee is $2.50/$1.25 per member

This way, the cost is shared fairly among everyone on the reservation.

As a valued member with a reservation, we kindly ask that if someone has a reservation after yours, please be respectful by either finishing your game promptly or stepping off the court when your time is up.

The fee for open play helps us maintain the facility and manage the increasing demand for court time. As more people join and enjoy the sport, we aim to ensure that there is fair access to the courts, especially during peak times.

● Fanatic Members: Free access to open play.

● Competitor Members: A $5 fee for open play.

● Guest: A $10 fee for open play

Please note that court reservation fees are separate and will not be added to open play fees.

● Competitor Members: You must cancel at least 6 hours before your reservation time to avoid a cancellation fee.

● Fanatic Members: You must cancel at least 3 hours before your reservation time to avoid a cancellation fee.

You can easily cancel your reservation through our app. If you fail to cancel your reservation within the required time frame or if you are a no call, no show, you will not be refunded the reservation fee. To avoid this charge, please make sure to cancel your reservation at least 6 hours in advance for Competitor members or 3 hours for Fanatic members.

Children, 17 years of age and younger, can be added to your membership for $10 per child, per month.
