What types of memberships are available?

We offer two membership options:

Fanatic Membership:

This premium membership provides unlimited access to the facility, including free open play, priority court reservations, and discounts on lessons, events, and much more. Learn more about the Fanatic Membership.

Competitor Membership:

A flexible option for individuals who enjoy regular play. This membership provides access to the facility, open play (for a small fee), and court reservations. Learn more about the Competitor Membership.

● Additionally, we offer a daily guest pass for non-members or individuals who want to enjoy the facility for a day. See our membership page for guest fees and reservations.

Why are there no senior discounts currently, and how is Amarillo Netplex working to accommodate senior members?

We value our senior members, and are working to explore ways to better serve this group. While we currently don’t offer specific senior discounts, we are exploring potential future perks to enhance accessibility for seniors.

Do you prorate memberships?

We do not offer prorated memberships. When you begin, the full membership fee for that month will be billed. Future payments will then align with your start date, even if your membership starts mid-month.

What happens to my membership starting February 1?

All current members will be set to the Competitor Membership starting February 1 unless we receive authorization to either cancel or upgrade your membership. If you wish to change your membership type or cancel, please emails us at info@amarillonetplex.com .

How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership, please contact our team at info@amarillonetplex.com.  You can also visit the facility in person.

Is there a fee to reserve a court?

Yes, there is a $10/$5 per hour court reservation fee for the member who reserves the court. The fee can be shared among all members added to the reservation. For example, the $5 fee divided by 4 players would be $1.25 a player.

What is the cost for open play?

Fanatic Members: Free access to open play.

Competitor Members: A $5 fee for open play.

Guest: A $10 fee for open play.

Please note that court reservation fees are separate from open play fees and will not be added to open play fees.

How do I cancel a reservation?

Cancel your reservation via the Court Reserve app.

Competitor Members: Cancel at least 6 hours before your reservation to avoid a cancellation fee (Equal to the cost of the court rental).

Fanatic Members: Cancel at least 3 hours before your reservation to avoid a cancellation fee (Equal to the cost of the court rental).

Can I add family members to my account?

Children (17 and younger) can be added to your membership for $10 per child, per month.

Can I change my membership type?

Yes! Email us at info@amarillonetplex.com if you’d like to upgrade or switch your membership.

Why are court reservation fees necessary?

The reservation fee helps maintain the facility and manage demand, ensuring high-quality service during peak hours.

Can I reserve a court if I’m not a member?

Non-members can reserve a court, but additional fees apply. We recommend becoming a member for the best value.

Do I pay the initiation fee if I'm already a member?

The initiation fee is waived for current members. This fee only applies to new members joining Amarillo Netplex after January 1, 2025.

Can I pause my membership for health reasons?

If you need to take a break due to an injury, please email us at info@amarillonetplex.com, and we’ll work with you on the best way forward while you recover.
